Not at all. This space is designed for reflection and expression as much as authorship. Many women join simply looking for space to think and write more intentionally.

Is the Leadership Circle only for executives?

No. The space is designed for women navigating leadership, influence, responsibility, and growth at many levels.

Can I join both communities?

Yes. Many women participate in both spaces over time, depending on the season they are navigating.

Are these coaching programs?

No. These communities are reflective and relational spaces designed to support growth, connection, and intentional development. They also provide entry points into deeper leadership and authorship pathways for those who want additional support.
